What type of equipment does Pacific Precision have?

What is the normal lead-time for most products?

Lead-times depend on our work load and the complexity of your part.

Is there a minimum run quantity?

This can vary depending on a number of factors. Contact us for more information.

Do you perform your own secondary operations in house?

Yes! We perform some secondary operations, such as milling, drilling, tapping, deburring and bead blasting all in-house. Finish processing such as, heat treating, plating, anodizing, and other types of coatings, etc., are subcontracted locally to approved suppliers.

Which materials are you able to machine?

Here is a list of materials we commonly run:

Titanium: Grade 2 & 5, 6AL-4V / Eli (medical grade) 

Stainless Steel: 15-5, 17-4, 17-7, 300 series, 303, 400 series and Other Special Grades.

Aluminum: 6061, 2024, and 7075

Copper / Bronze: Phosphor Bronze, Beryllium, RWMA, Glidcop, Alum-Nkl-Brze, and Other Special Grades.

Brass: 360      

Plastic: Nylon, Delrin, Acetal, Polethylene, PVC, no glass filled.    

Low and Medium Carbon: 1018, 1144, 12L14, 1215, stress-proof and fatigue-proof.

Aircraft Alloys: 4130, 4140, and 4340

Can Pacific Precision assist with design for new parts or suggest changes on existing parts?
